Incorrect Message Displayed on Submission

We have created 5 sets of quiz questions, and when the user submits the quiz, the message incorrectly displays “1 question completed” even when multiple questions have been answered. This results in misleading information being shown to users.

There are currently 3 options for submitting the quiz, as follows:

Select "Continue" once the quiz is completed
Click "Submit Answer"
Select "Mark as Complete"
The client has expressed a preference for a simpler submission process, requesting that only one option (either "Mark as Complete" or "Submit Answer") be displayed to users.
