Hello!
I’d like to create a course using the Free Text feature, but I’m not sure whether students can download or receive a copy of their responses once they finish the video. Is that possible?
Thank you in advance!

Hi Tatiana,
The answer to your question depends on several factors. First is the platform that you are using. If you are using the free plugin for H5P in Wordpress or Drupal there is a way to capture the data using xAPI statements and you will need a plugin or custom code to listen to these statements and a data store such as a learning record store to save them in.
I highly recommend looking through these documentation:
https://h5p.org/documentation/x-api
https://h5p.org/documentation/for-authors/analyzing-results-and-answers
Moodle already has a build gradebook that captures this data so there is no need for additional plugins. However, student access to the answers wlll depend on the settings within the platforms.
On the other hand if you have an H5P.com license you will need to have the Drill Down Reports.

Additionally, access to the content's report needs to be enabled for students.
