Problem with Drag and Drop inside Page/Column

When Creating a Drag and Drop activity inside a Page content type the "T" button to create droppables is unresponsive.

Also cannot copy'n'paste from a stand alone Drag and Drop.

Detailed steps to reproduce the bug (exactly how and when did it happen)

• Create Page/Column Content tpe
• Within Page, create Drag and Drop Activity
• Insert background image
• Insert Drop Zones for answers
• Try to create droppable Texts but "T" button unresponsive

Related: Cannot copy/paste Drag and Drop activity from a "stand alone" to one in a Page.

Platform and version number. E.g. Drupal, Wordpress, Moodle.

• Wordpress v 6.9.4

Mobile or Desktop

• Trired multiple laptops and desktops (Win11 and Apple)

Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc

• Edge and Chrome, and Safari

H5P plugin version

• v 1.17.4

H5P content type and version (if a content type was used), and a sample URL or attached H5P.

• Drag and Drop inside Page/Column (all content types and libraries up to date)

Any browser console errors

• None

Any PHP errors

• None
