Export as SCORM fails

Since a few months I have a problem with the export function in Lumi (online as well as with the app): When I try to save my H5P file as SCORM in the app, the program seems to work on it but it does not come to a result. Online nothing happens at all. Sometimes it has worked online but I cannot see what I have done different. 
Can someone help me with this? What is the problem here?
