Bugs in content types

Estou usando o Moodle 4.5.12 e inseri nas salas a função H5P vídeo interativo, segunda-feira dia 17-08-26 e terça-feira dia 18-08-26 estavam normais, já na quarta-feira dia 19-08-29 e ainda hoje, os vídeos mostram tela preta, só escutamos o áudio, como resolver este problema? Alguém mais está com este erro?

Hi José,

If you are still encountering this issue and you are self-hosting your contents please make sure that you are using the latest version of Interactive Video.

On the other hand if you are hosting your contents in H5P.com please provide the URL of the content so that we can check.
