Interactive video - showing black

Hi all, 

We recently went to v20 of Totara and now we're noting that our interactive videos linked to Youtube show as black screens. The sound is working fine. It's not happening with our vimeo interactive videos. 

Relinking the video hasn't helped. Have tried both Edge and Chrome - same issue. Any trouble shooting ideas?

Hi SonjaITO,

If you are still encountering this issue and you are self-hosting your contents please make sure that you are using the latest version of Interactive Video.

On the other hand if you are hosting your contents in H5P.com please provide the URL of the content so that we can check.
