Interactive Video issues

Interactive video unwanted behavior in standalone interactive videos and interactive videos inside interactive Books.  Media will play with audio in background and interactions but no video.  Doesn't happen in all cases on every browser type.  At times, it will not work at all on Chrome but then work another day. Sometimes the IVs play correctly on Firefox and Edge but sometimes will not play right. Will not play on Safari as well, throwing an unable to play message at times or just not starting. Interactions "nodes" do not appear on the timeline either in Safari.  Did not play correctly on an Android browser on a mobile device either.

• Environment: Moodle 4.5.7+
• H5P framework v1.27 (h5plib_v127)
• Desktop and Mobile browsers, PC and Mac
• Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari
• Interactive Video: 1.26.35
• Interactive Book: 1.11.11

Support staff and developers tested updating libraries for interactive videos on archived server to safely test without endangering live courses.  Following is most recent error.
