Interactive video plays audio but not video

Hello,

I have interactive videos for a course I created on LearnDash LMS. 

The videos have worked fine, but now the audio plays, but the video does not. It is just a blank screen. The interactions still pop up and work normally, so why isn't the video showing? I checked it in the H5P dashboard, and it still doesn't show the video there either. The video plays fine on YouTube. I cleared the cache. I tried different browsers and mobile devices. Is it a setting?

Please advise. Thank you!

Hi PreventionREP,

If you are still encountering this issue and you are self-hosting your contents please make sure that you are using the latest version of Interactive Video.

On the other hand if you are hosting your contents in H5P.com please provide the URL of the content so that we can check.
