Adding Hotspots to interactive videos

Can a hotspot be placed in an interactive video?

You mean Image Hotspots? Might be added in the future. If you're a developer you could do the job yourself and add a Pull Request.

This is a bummer. I really was pushing h5p for our use in our new LMS (in wordpress). Most interactive video solutions has the ability to pause a video then based on the interaction continue or jump to a different frame. I'll need to look for another soluton :-(

H5P has the same ability. All question types support adaptivity, everything correct may map to continue or another defined time in the video, and incorrect may do the same. You also have the goto question type where each alternative corresponds to a time in the video.
