Does the drag and drop content type meet accessibility standards? There doesn't seem to be a way to use the keyboard only (ie tab the answers).

I'm afraid it doesn't yet. We're adding accessibility features to new content types in every release. We haven't done Drag and drop yet, but we will. If you're in a hurry you might work on it yourself or hire developers to fix it asap.
