It's possible, but there's no plug-and-play method for it, yet, so it will involve some work. Please see the discussion in this forum post for more details on how it can be done.

Hopefully, an easier way will come along soon!

thanks for answer. i saw there is not easy solution for WP for now. so i try to place image in "single choice set" question type. can i?

Unfortunately, the Single Choice Set content type has no plans for supporting images. Your best bet would be to use a custom theme or plugin to add a button into CKEditor for this. 

Hopefully, there will be official support math formulas soon.
