I saw you link you sent me, It's seems ok but the problem is the point you did is not moving with the vidéo.

Is it possible to give an absolute coordinate ?

No unfortunately not. H5P doesn't interact directly with video content.

However, since it's open source maybe one day it will have the potential to.
