problems with roles moodle

Hi, my problem is:

  when a student wishes to see interactive video, this error appears: "network failure" but with the role of administrator the video is displayed without problem. If someone has happened, how they solved?

What kind of video is this? YouTube? Uploaded locally? Do you have any plugins that does something special with your file uploads? Are your uploaded files protected somehow?

  The problem was that I used a video that was already loaded in moodle and for some reason, the video was only available by the person who created the interactive video. The solution was to upload the video from within the h5p activity or use a link from youtube.

It sounds like that there might be some moodle settings that only allows the author to see the video.
