Hello! I just installed H5P on my wordpress site and I am not seeing an option to create at all. Here's a screenshot of what I'm seeing. Thoughts?

Hi hbrown4,

You need to enable the H5P hub by going to Settings -> H5P then put a check on "Use H5P Hub".

I think I replied to your e-mail as well ;-)

Hy,

I need to use H5P in an educational WordPress that works on a classroom computer network, without an internet connection.

To create content you need to connect to H5P and download "something" I obviously can’t.

Where can you download to use H5P offline?

Thanks for asnwer :)

Hi ecicerone!

You could run a webserver that locally hosts your WordPress site, or you could try Lumi (http://lumi.education).

Best,

Oliver

Hy Oliver,

Thanks for your answer.

I tried to download and install lumi and then switch off the router. Without internet connection I tried to use Lumi.
The situation it's the same: the content types aren't avalaible.

Then, the question is the same: Can I download the content types from h5P to pass them, with a pendrive, to may no connection classroom?

Ok, we go on.

Hi ecicerone,

Best way to do in your situation is download the sample contents and then upload it into Lumi or the Wordpress installation. This will install the libraries needed to create and use the contents.

Hi!

If you have downloaded Lumi, you will have to install content types first, of course. That't the same procedure as with the H5P plugin. Then you can not only load H5P files and display them, but also create the content types you've downloaded.

And yes, if your students use Lumi as well, they can load the files from a pen drive.

Best,
Oliver
