Documentation tool not showing

1. Detailed steps to reproduce the bug (exactly how and when did it happen)

When I create a document with Documentation Tool it doesn't want to show. Not when I preview it in the H5P hub and not in my BuddyBoss/LearnDash website.

I think the problem started when I set up my staging site in DreamHost.

What I have found is that the preview shows when I create a document with Documentation Tool, but when I add an Export Page to the document it disappears when I save it and want to view it. When I take the Document Export Page away it shows again.
