hi,

i use the drag the words content type, and from some reason its not working now. it became just text, the buttons are now text without option to move them.

Hi Amit,

The content in itself is not the problem you can check this here. Checking the site it looks like it is forcing the content to follow an RTL text format which causes the issue.

hi,

i deleted in my developement site the h5p plugin and reinstall and the drag text work now, but all my content erases, is there a way to save it and after installing plugin, reinstall content?

and if there an easy way to trace the problem, can you advice?

Hi Amit,

I'm not sure how to isolate the H5P iFrame from your sites RTL configuration, if someone from the community have some ideas feel free to palce your suggestions. I would also suggest that you post the platform that you are using and its version.

With regards to contents it is advisable to back them up by downloading them prior to uninstalling the plugin.
