Is it possible to add an undo feature while editing?

Am I right in saying that what you are asking is a button or have the ability to use the keyboard shortcut to "undo"? I was thinking along the lines for example in an Interactive Video if you place an interaction instead of clicking on removing it, a click on an undo button or a keyboard shortcut will do the trick.
