HOW TO HAVE THE "ADD CONTENT"

Hi there,

I am trying to understand how to have this section inside the H5P interactive that I am creating. 

By default, I cannot see any "add content" (see blue button below) and, because of this, I cannot pick what I need (Accordion, View/Reveal Alternative Text...), from the list.
