Documentation Tool Not Tracking

Greetings;

I'm running Moodle 3.11. The Documentation Tool is not tracking attempts. Students cannot review past attempts and the report, while stating there are numberst to review, shows this error:

"This interaction (fill-in) does not provide tracking information or the tracking provided is not compatible with the current activity version."

This appears for each input added in the Tool. Any thoughts?

I should also add that other H5P content types are working correctly. This type does not seem to be recording any input to score...

I have the same problem in interactive videos on Moodle

Documentation Tool sends the answers to the H5P host platform (and they can be viewed on H5P.com for instance), but the content type does not send any scores and that's probably what's setting moodle's custom H5P integration off here.

As I mentioned before, this smells like a problem with moodle's custom H5P integration, and moodle HQ would need to look into this.
