Possibility to hide title in Dialog Cards

Hi

I posted this topic. https://h5p.org/node/1356139 Nobody seems to find a solution. I think that the problem could be solved by adding the option to hide the title. This option is available in a lot of H5Ps. Could it be added tot Dialog Cards too?

I have this same issue! In other activities, if you leave the header blank, nothing will show on the actual activity. But even if I remove the header on a Dialog card, the title stubbornly shows up. It looks so clunky to have only this activity showing the title.

1.- In all H5P  activities there is a Title field, which MUST be filled in. That Title field is displayed to the activity end user.

2.- As far as I can see Dialog Cards is the onlly H5P activity which has both a Title and a Header fields. Why is that?

3.- The only activity where there is an option to display the Title or not is the Drag and Drop activity. In its Behavioural settings, at the end, we can see: Show Title Uncheck this option if you do not want this title to be displayed. The title will only be displayed in summaries, statistics etc.

4-- It would make sense to make that option available to ALL H5P activities. But that is very unlikely to happen any time soon.

Thank you, Papi Jo, for your response.
You are right; my initial wording wasn’t entirely clear.
Dialog cards have a Heading and a Title.

  • When viewed in LUMI, it looks fine; the heading is displayed to students.
  • But when you bring the Dialog Card into Moodle, the title is shown to the students instead.

So, the confusion actually arises within Moodle, likely due to the presence of both the Heading and Title fields. Maybe the same confusion happens on other platforms too.
I hope they can maybe adjust the Dialog Cards so that platforms no longer encounter this issue. For example, by adding an option to hide the title or both the title and heading at the top altogether.
