Missing main library H5P.GreetingCard 1.0

Hello,

on h5p.org, my "Hello World" examples runs - fine :-)

on h5p.com AND on my moodle system (I'm not the administrator) I get the message:
h5p.com: Missing main library H5P.GreetingCard 1.0
Moodle: Missing main library @library

I'm not getting an idea how to fix this. (Increasing the patchlevel in the library.json did not help)

Maybe somebody might help me...

Hi!

You're not allowed to install H5P libraries, cmp. Why can't I upload H5P content?
