Problem Attempts report Moodle Core - Fill in the Blanks

Hi

I made a Fill in the Blanks and the Attempts Report is not correct. See attachment.
I think it's a Moodle problem: in H5P Core not in H5P plugin.
I also attach the H5P I used for the test.

Yep looks like it. Please refer to the attached screenshot when I tested your content in H5P.com.
