pptx_to_H5P - Convert Tools

Hi Team, 

It's been a while as I've been caught up in the AI building. 

But I would like to release this here and get some feedback.

Noted during build, I got a false positive on MS that it contained a virus. Which is 99.95% impossible as this is a new machine and new Windows install for a week, Plus Python loads are clean. I have submitted it to MS to run checks on it and have been running on another machine and running scans to make sure nothing is sitting on the machines.. 

This is built using Claude's new Artifacts ability.

It is outputting a bit big at the moment as I wanted to get the best quality, then peg it back a bit. 

I have the build script in there if anyone wants to fork and play . 

Next, I want to build a Markdown to H5P Interactive Book format converter, as I feel it's doable.
