Ability to host/register H5P behind a Proxy/Load Balancer

Dear devlopers,

we would like to host several Moodle Hosts with your H5P plugin behind a proxy or a set of load balancers. Unfortunately it seems that H5P plugin having trouble registering, because of the different IP's (host machine, dns at load-balancer in front). As far as my understanding this could be done if one can set the corresponding IP for the moodle site trying to register explicitly. So we are requesting a field/value where one can put this in the configuration settings. That would be greatly appreciated.
