"Video not supported": Link not working on multiple platforms

S.O.S.! I'm trying to upload published interactive videos to Moodle or for other authors to proof...everything was been going great with uploads until yesterday...suddenly, it says video is not supported when others try to open the link in h5p OR via Google chat OR in our LMS. I tried embedding the content as well and no dice. Everything is up-to-date, and I need this to be working asap...thanks!!

Hi pamhurley4673,

Usually, video playback problems are related to the video file itself. I.e: there are many ways to generate an mp4 file, and it won't necessarily be optimized for the web. We typically advise people to run their video through a video optimization tool like Handbrake (handbrake.fr) to optimize your video. Handbrake comes with presets, and you could e.g. use "Web -> Vimeo YouTube HQ 1080p60"."
