Can't add a presentation on Wordpress

I have ben trying to add a presentation to my course, it's on Wordpress, the issue started march 6th after I updated the excercise. 

When I try to add the presentation I don't get all the options, I can only edit the language

 I thought I might try to create the exercise and then just edit it but I'm unable to do so. When I try to edit this is what I see:
