Free AI - H5P generator – looking for feedback from the H5P community

Hi everyone,

We’ve been working on a small tool that makes it easier to create H5P content with AI, and I’d really appreciate feedback from people who actually use H5P.

The workflow is intentionally simple:

1. Choose an H5P interaction type and fill in a short brief
2. The tool creates a structured prompt
3. Use that prompt in your own ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot account
4. Paste the AI response back into the tool
5. The response is validated and packaged into a downloadable .h5p file

The idea is that you can use the AI assistant you already have - no OpenAI/Anthropic/Google API key is required, and the AI part stays in your own account.

At the moment we support interaction types such as Question Set, Multiple Choice, True/False, Fill in the Blanks, Drag the Words, Course Presentation, Flashcards, Crossword, Accordion, Summary and several others.

Content can currently be generated in English, German, Spanish, French, Dutch, Polish and Norwegian.

We’re still improving the workflow, so feedback from the H5P community would be especially valuable.

I’d be interested to know:

• Does this workflow make sense for the way you create H5P content?
• Which H5P content types would be most useful to add next?
• Is there anything in the prompt → AI → H5P workflow that feels unnecessarily complicated?
• Would being able to edit the generated content before packaging it be important to you?

We’re also interested in any compatibility issues you encounter when importing generated packages into Moodle, WordPress or other H5P environments.
