Interactive Video: Single Choice Set ignores Adaptivity messages

We have identified a potential bug in the Interactive Video content type when using the Single Choice Set question type.

In our Moodle installation, the messages configured under 'Adaptivity' → 'Action on all correct/Action on wrong' → 'Message' are no longer displayed to students after answering the question. Instead, the system always shows which answers are correct or incorrect, even when the option "Enable show solution button" is disabled under Behavioural settings.
The issue appears to be specific to the Single Choice Set question type within Interactive Video. Other question types, such as Multiple Choice or True/False Question do not show this problem. For these question types, the configured Adaptivity messages are displayed correctly after the students submits an answer.

Environment:
Moodle version: 4.5.12
Core H5P integration in Moodle
Interactive Video version: 1.28.36

The error happens independently from the browser being used.
