Interactive video module Error: video format not supported
Hi
I also have this issue. I can upload mp4 video with no problems and it plays. I can upload video to the interactive video H5P content type and add interactions, save it and view it. However after the server has rebooted if I try to view the content the instructions pane appears momentarily and then the error message is displayed.

Thanks for the quick response
Hi
Thanks for the reply.
The files indeed had been deleted from the video assets folders. I have tried to edit the h5p and re-uploaded the video and all seems fine and it has not lost any of the annotations which is a great relief.
I have updated from H5P version 1.3 to 1.4 and upgraded all of the modules. Will this make this issue go away or do I have to do something else?

Good news
Hi
That is a relief, I have got big plans for the interactive video module. The next challenge is to find a way to embed H5P content in a lesson or slide on Opigno but that is a separate issue.
Thanks again for your help.

Good luck
Really looking forward to that integration, they will be a very powerful combination. I have found some lateral ways to include H5P on Opigno and it works very well so far as I have tested it.
BTW the original issue is definitely resolved now, thanks.
