Problem with editing course presentation titles with IE 11

1. Detailed steps to reproduce the bug (exactly how and when did it happen)
If you create a course presentation and edit one of the titles of slides with Windows 10 Internet Explorer 11.1029.15063.0, the tool changes the titles to all of the slides when previewing. However, when you save and view the content, usually only the edited title has been changed, but sometimes there might be more slides that have had the same title after the edit.
