Support MUX video encoding

MUX Video https://mux.com/ allows uploading videos for encoding for HLS and mp4 playback. There is a MUX Data https://mux.com/data integration which enables quality control of the streaming experience. When I chatted with a MUX developer, they said:

"I'm not sure that the [H5P] player exposes the information that we need in order to create an integration (i.e. we need detailed information about player state, playhead position, etc, which does not seem to be part of the API)."

Does the H5P player expose an API for this integration?

I'm not familiar with Mux but I would believe they could offer an integration similar to the YouTube one: https://github.com/h5p/h5p-video/blob/master/scripts/youtube.js
