My interactive video keeps faltering/stagnating while playing. What is the reason? 

From the beginning:
The original video was created in PemierePro (85MB, saved in format: mp4, H.264 and High Quality 720p HD). After saving, the video runs without problems. 
I have upload this video to H5P.com, added interactions and saved it. I have sent the link of the finished interactive video to my colleague and she can't watch the video "smoothly". What is the reason? Several internet browsers have been tested.

I am using h5p for roughly one year. A few weeks ago I payed for a licence. But since then I have to contents. One with my old free exercices and one withe the new exercices. How can I united these two contents to one?

When I tested the activity, I discovered that it had a flash card mode, but it didn't looked like the flash card activity of h5p.
