image hotspot HTML possible?

How can I put some HTML/other rich content into the overlay in a hotspot image, instead of just text?

We are unable to upload the examples to our WordPress install. When I download the file (zip) and try to upload it I get this message "The file you uploaded is not a valid HTML5 Package (It does not have the .h5p file extension)".
If I change the file extension to .h5p I get this message "The file you uploaded is not a valid HTML5 Package (We are unable to unzip it)".
We are running WordPress 3.9.2 on Windows Server 2008 R2 with PHP 5.4.24

I was wondering if it is possible to write from right to left to support Hebrew..
I am have a hard time figuring it out... thanks in advance for all your support..
