H5P Content does not appear on page

Hello,

a customer of ours is using the H5P WordPress plugin for his site.

If they add a H5P element to their site, they get those two console error (see screenshot) and the H5P content just doesn't appear.

We already tried disabling all plugins except for H5P, updating the plugin to the newest version and updating the PHP version of the site, but that didn't change anything.

Is this a known problem and is there a solution for this?

Best regards

Moodle 3.8: globale role "Trainer" adapted - no effect

Hello,

I have installed the plugin in our Moodle server.
To allow all trainers to install content types themselves, I have changed the global role "trainer" and set the rights for "mod/hvp:installrecommendedh5plibraries" and "mod/hvp:userestrictedlibraries" to allow.

Now when I enroll or register as a trainer in a course, I still don't get the rights.
