Installation and server related problems

I am unable to upload my audio wav files for the audio player. It shows it is uploading up to 100% but then I get the error message:

File not found on server. Check file upload settings.

I am working in wordpress with LearnDash and H5P. I am on a Macbook Pro in Chrome Version 84.0.4147.135 (Official Build) (64-bit). 

Suggestions on how to resolve?

I am trying to move my H5P content from one wordpress site to another, but when I click on Reuse, and then Download as .h5p content, I keep getting a 404 File Not Found error code. Help please!

One of our staff members has reported an issue with 2 of their h5p activities in moodle.  It seems that a majority of the H5P activities created on our Moodle site seem fine with a few exceptions having the same error. The error is:
