Installation and server related problems

Hello, the h5p plugin is disabled in default. And it doesn't show up on manage activities. I would like to know how do I enable it in such case?
Moodle version is 3.8.2
What I tried (but not working)
1. Select another theme
2. Clean cache
3. reinstall plugin

Long time H5P user, thanks again for a greeat product.

We're using WordPress and have cloned an existing site using H5p to a new site. 
We are getting a number of errors when creating new content - specifically it seems to be trying to load CSS / JS files from the H5P/libraries folder that doesn't exist, or is referencing an older content type version e.g. 1.15 instead 1.17.

We are running MOodle 3.8 with h5p. Teachers are starting to play with H5P creating content. Since then, we are seeing how the server is consuming more and more RAM memory. 

Are there any recommendations for server sizing with H5P for a medium-size (500 active students, 25 active teachers)?
