Installation and server related problems

I try to set up a LTI connection for our LMS testserver.

I have deleted all old connections on our H5P.com pages. I have also, as far as I can tell, deleted any previous courses/platforms where I might have tried to test out H5P & LTI. - Still, when I try to make a connection to our Canvas test server I get the message: "There are no accounts left in your H5P plan" (see attached pic)

What's wrong, what can I do?

I am using H5p in Moodle till now, and I thought to use in Wordpress site to develop some OER but when I tried to use the Plugin in my wordpress site, its not working. In its settings when I select in Content types - Use H5P hub the screen becomes black and no error, and it won't get updated.

I don't know why, but it's not possible to opload following file with the wordpress plugin. 

Could someone tell me why?
