Installation and server related problems

I don't know why, but it's not possible to opload following file with the wordpress plugin. 

Could someone tell me why?

Hi,

I'm the administrator of a Moodle site and I want to use H5P by installing the plugin.

Under the heading "Create an H5P activity" on https://h5p.org/moodle there is a screenshot of the H5P hub. Do I understand it correctly that I have to install every content type via clicking on "Get"? If yes, can I configure H5P in such a way that only the administrator and not the trainers of Moodle have to right to do this?

I have a site where H5P has been installed and has run without problems for around 6 months. However, we then started to experiences problems with not being able to backup courses. The only installations to the system was the addition of the checklist plugin which on other sites has not resulted in problems with H5P. It took a while to workout that H5P was the culprit. If I delete all H5P activities from a course it then backsup without problems.
