Installation and server related problems

Hello, I am testing Moodle 3.8 with a beta release. In the Moodle plugin database there is no 3.8 plugin version yet. The 3.7 version installed fine. However when adding a H5P activity to a course the H5P editor is not loading so no possibility to add content. Is this a known problem? Is there a 3.8 version of the plugin coming up?

I have  h5P projects that display properly in my WordPress multisite, but when I try to edit them, I get the "Error, unable to load libraries" message. I get the same message whenever I click on my H5P "Libraries" link. I'm using the most recent version of the H5P plugin, WP 5.2.4 and PHP 7.2.23. If I need to reinstall the plugin, how do I keep a copy of my projects? I do not have the "download" button activated.

The following error is being displayed after installing the plugin.  Pla guide how to resolve, we have tried with these two but it didnt worked.

1: increaed cache limit

2: alter permissions

What else can the reason be?
