We are having reports from learners in our ISTE U Brightspace courses that the H5P content is not embedding in course. We have verified that the content is not visible. How long will this issue affect our course?

Problem with H5P on moodle viewing in Safari

Hello - we have received reports from a couple of students who are trying our H5P activities (we use the presentation content type) on their iphone or on an ipad. When opening the H5P (on MOODLE) using an iPHone (using SAFARI), the audio on the slide did not work, and the image on the slide did not display. This was reported by more than one student. A colleague tried to replicate the problem (I don't have apple products) she also experienced the same problem, but then refreshed, and things worked as they should.

Hi there,

I am not sure what i am doing wrong. 

1. Downloaded H5P plugin to wordpress - No problem

2. Click Add new and is states "It looks like there are no content types installed. You can get the ones you want by using the small 'Download' button in the lower left corner on any example from the Examples and Downloads page and then you upload the file here."
