Discuss problems with installing the H5P plugins/modules and content types as well as server-related issues

I am trying to upload a new plugin to h5p as a zip file (like it asked), but I keep getting this error:
"Unpacking the package…
The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature"
what does this mean?

I have been using your platform for more than 2 years now, I started using plugin which I host on my wordpress website.
I haven't updated it for a year or so, because I was worried it will mess up the content I have. Than I found out that librarires will stay the same after update so the content will work and I decided to update to most recent version: 1.14.1.
Our Moodle installation is missing some of the interactions that I am used to using on other H5P/Moodle integrations, specifically the Interactive video is missing from the list of available content types in our Moodle.
Please, how do I get the H5P plugin to pull missing content types?
