Installation and server related problems

I have added the plug in h5p, but when attempting to access to create content I keep receiving this message ' No content types are available, your site is having difficulties in connecting to H5P.org and listing avialable content types'. Can anyone assist? Thanks

We have installed the latest version of the H5P plugin on Moodle v3.2. However some content types, including Course Presentation, do not appear on the list of content types to be installed. We tried installing Course Presentation by uploading it, and got the following error message.
