Installation and server related problems

Just updated the H5P plugin on my Pressbooks site to 1.13.1 and when the plugin is activated, it renders the workspace blank. See attatched screenshot. When it is deactivated, the workspace returns.

Pressbooks 5.6.5

Validating h5p package failed.

Your PHP version does not support ZipArchive.

I've been using H5P for a long time.

yesterday I wanted to upload a file I've used dozens of times and I got this error.

The php has been updated to version 7  several months ago and everything was fine.

I have no idea what to do

WP 5.1

host: pantheon

Getting a 504 time out when trying to upload attached file.

Works fine on host wpengine.

Pantheon has a system where you can't write to folders outside of wp-content/uploads.

Does h5p create tmp directories for uploading? This won't work on pantheon.

How can I control the tmp directories for file uploading?
