H5P Interactive Videos – Fatal error: Out of memory

I facing a strange issue with the H5P interactive videos, we have around 150 videos on our site. Whenever someone watches those videos, after 1 or 2 videos WordPress stops working and it gives an error Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 27262976) (tried to allocate 32768 bytes) even after having sufficient resources. To resolve this we have to restart the XAMPP services.

Here is more info about the server and the status of the server during this white screen of death.
System : Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard Edition (VM instance)
Memory used by PHP : 2 MiB

Editor - Waiting for Javascript / Loading please wait

I have just installed H5P on a Moodle 3.6.2 installation running on IIS.

All is working Moodle wise, but when I try and add "interactive content" the Editor section is showign "Waiting for Javascript..." and not loading, after many attempts and changing the ASP anon authentication to app pool that I saw someone else do, it is now showing "Loading please wait...". I am still unable to access the H5P editor.

Any help would be greatfully appreciated.

Thanks,

Tom

Hi all

I just installed the mod_hvp plug-in version 1.14 (2018113000) on Moodle 3.1.16 (20190114). During installation I got the warnings

× The H5P Hub has been disabled until this problem can be resolved. You may still upload libraries through the "H5P Libraries" page.
