Installation and server related problems

I'm currently trying to install the Course Presentation library into my Moodle (3.3).

I have followed the guidance so far:

1. Download the example of the course
2. Create an H5P activity in Moodle
3. Click on Upload
4. Find the example file
5. Upload it

But then I get an error message (attached as PNG) that says that it can't be uploaded because I am on version 1.14 of the Moodle Plugin and the library needs 1.19.

The problem I have found is that I can't find the 1.19 version of the Moodle plugin.

I am using H5P on Moodle, and for some reason, my Editor will not load. I just get a messaging that says, "Loading, please wait...".

This happened shortly after I had restored a course from a backup of a course from a different moodle site, but I don't know if that would be the cause or not.

There are no console errors and nothing that I can see from putting the site into debugging mode.

Hello, My institution has Brightspace and we want to use H5P. We would use it on our own server and LMS.  I have scoured the internet but can't find a definitive answer on how to do this.  Do we need Drupal to accomplish this?  If so, aren't Drupal and H5P free?  One of the articles pointed us to H5P.com to request a 30-day trial in order to access what we need to integrate H5P with our LMS.  Is this correct?  Is there a way to bypass the credit card field if we are not using H5P.com. So H5P isn't free? I would appreciate any help you can give me.
