Installation and server related problems

We are moving our content from our H5P server to h5p.com. When I download/upload the .h5p file, I get the following errors:

Validating h5p package failed.

Missing required library H5P.Summary 1.7

Missing required library H5P.InteractiveVideo 1.15

I change the file extension to .zip and unpack the zip file.

This gives the following directories:

Drop-1.0H5P.SoundJS-1.0

EmbeddedJS-1.0H5P.Summary-1.7

FontAwesome-4.5H5P.Table-1.1

H5P.AdvancedText-1.1H5P.Text-1.1

• cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate (see http://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html)
• Site could not be registered with the hub. Please contact your site administrator.
• The H5P Hub has been disabled until this problem can be resolved. You may still upload libraries through the "H5P Libraries" page.

Drupal 8.6.4 - about as vanilla as I can get it.

I've created content with the library "Fill in the Blanks" on h5p.org
clicked the "Download" button to get the .h5p file.

now, I have moodle 3.5 installed on my site with the latest moodle H5P plugin which is 1.14:
