Installation and server related problems

I wish to trial the HP5 functionality in Blackboard Ultra documents, which I believe is done through an option to embed HTML (with a view to pushing the IT dept for LTI integration if I am happy with the experience). Is this possible? The guidance claims that you need a webpage with plugin to begin - I have no idea where to start with this. I do have a (free) wordpress account, but it is asking me to upgrade at significant cost to add the plugin. I don't like the idea of using the test area if it public. Are there any other ways I could do this (for free)?

After updating H5P in preparation for the update to Ilias 8, H5P that were integrated via the page editor can no longer be opened and we receive an error messages. Is this problem already known and is there perhaps already a solution?  I would be pleased to hear your suggestions on how we can solve the problem. Many thanks!

I have tried to migrate the content types with this tool https://moodle.org/plugins/tool_migratehvp2h5p but I get for example the error message "Error migrating hvp activity with ID 399: error/invalidpackage".
