Error while installing new content

Hello,
while adding new content and then installing it, I get error 404 (as on the screen below).
What could cause that?

Plugin (black icon) for Moodle 4.1.4 display problem

Hi everyone,
I became aware of the problem after upgrading to the new version of the Moodle plugin (2023122300 - 1.26), but I checked a second installation on a different server, it has not yet been upgraded and realized that the problem is the same.
I use H5P (black icon) in Moodle 4.1.4.
Basically, until at least two days ago, H5P activities were displayed correctly whether embedded in a label or displayed directly by clicking the activity.
Uploading Interactive Book - 500 (Internal Server Error)

We migrated from Wordpress.com to Wordpress.org, the owner of the content downloaded the content via moodle I belive using the reuse function. He now has all of the content sitting in a folder.
I have now setup a wordpress.org using AWS Lighstail for hosting. Everything is running brilliantly and I have downloaded the sample h5p book and uploaded with no issues. However, when I try and upload one of the owners files it says it uploads and then produces an error 500 (all attached).
