My website won't connect to the H5P website

hello there, fellow people. our library is very happy to use h5p for teaching purposes, but we have a little problem. please look at

included is a very simple accordeon module with some text and links. nothing fancy. BUT this accordeon is invisible when viewed in a browser on a mobile phone (doesn't matter if chrome on mobile forces the desktop view, btw) and we have no clue why that is.

Good morning
I have just installed H5P on my moodle Moodle 4.0.1 and Moodle 3.10+, everything is going well but when I am on a course, and I insert an H5P activity (the black one), when I am asked to install I chosen for example (Interactive Video) I put install, it starts to install after a few seconds nothing happens and H5P disappears from the display and it does not install (I recheck it is not installed)
on another moodle Moodle 3.10 which is on the same server most of the modules work perfectly
