Installation and server related problems

Good morning

I have just installed H5P on my moodle Moodle 4.0.1 and Moodle 3.10+, everything is going well but when I am on a course, and I insert an H5P activity (the black one), when I am asked to install I chosen for example (Interactive Video) I put install, it starts to install after a few seconds nothing happens and H5P disappears from the display and it does not install (I recheck it is not installed)

on another moodle Moodle 3.10 which is on the same server most of the modules work perfectly

i need to use the "reuse" function to save my quizes to H5P files. when i click on "reuse", i did not get a file instead i get a page with funny codes.

please see screen capture attached.  how to get the H5P file so that i can import in my new site? Thanks.

I switched from a centos7 server to almlinux9 server recently. I did a dump of the DB, backuped up my data and reinstalled moodle from their official git (4.2). After upgrading without problem, I cannot see 90% of my H5P activities. All gone. Sometimes, it will display a few images, sometimes nothing.

When inspecting in the browser, I see some 404 missing files - ie :
