Installation and server related problems

I notice that there is a plugin here for Moodle, but here at my institution we use Blackboard.  Is there an Lti version of this installation available anywhere?

Existing and new documentation display a Drupal error "unabletocopy" and content is completely blank.

Could this be an issue with my Documentation library files? the folders below incl. MustacheJS-1.0 are not present.

We have recently installed the h5p plugin in the moodle server of our institution. There are two issues that we need to fix.

Firstly, we have noticied that interactive video activities allows uploads beyond the maximum-size configured in the server. Is there any way to limit the size of video uploads or even prevent the user from uploading any content and force them to use a youtube/vimeo link?
