Installation and server related problems

When I install hvp plugin in moodle 2.8.5 , we face some problem as listed as below:

All the activities H5P doesn't work anymore on Moodle (already 2 platforms with the same problem).

The error message is:

Hi, 

I have installed the plugin but when i try to add a new activity the editor shows the message "Error, unable to load libraries."

What am I missing?
