Installation and server related problems

[Setup: Locally-hosted H5P running on Drupal. PHP version 5.3.3.]

I was using the Hub to do some updates to Content types - there were quite a few - and at the end of rebuilding the cache there was a long page of error messages stating that "The H5P library Advanced Text 1.1 used in the content is not valid."

We're exploring installing H5P on our Moodle sites, but have very tight security policies which restrict the use of CDNs. I see that there are callouts to Mathjax and for Easy Image, but are all the callouts documented? We often download the libraries and host them locally, in order to comply with the organization's security policies.

In trying to install h5p interactive video, I get the error message: Your PHP version does not support ZipArchive

I get this even though I have installed Archive_zip in PHP PEAR Packages using Cpanel.

I am running the latest php version, 7.2, in Wordpress.

What should I do to get this installed?
