Installation and server related problems

h5p editor stopped loading for me and displaying Error, unable to load libraries.

Console error: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

I tried re-installing it with no success. How else can i continue to check?
Content type cache is updated and installed libraries are all listed under admin/content/h5p

I downloaded MAMP from https://www.mamp.info/en/downloads/  for mac OS and setup moodle. but to install H5P plugin I am getting request cannot be handled, even though it is local host. Any idea why this is happening??

Does it / will it cost money to host and use H5P.com so that I can integrate it with Canvas and get access to back-end data?
